How long will it take to get my order?

Production takes 7–15 days, as each figure is custom-designed. Once shipped, domestic (US) delivery typically takes another 7–15 business days.
Can I see a preview before production?

Absolutely. We will send you a digital preview for your confirmation. Once you approve the design, we begin the final production and shipping process.
What photo works best for customization?

High-quality, front-facing photos with clear lighting work best. Make sure the entire face and hair are visible and avoid blurry or dark images to ensure the best detail.
Do I have to assemble the figure myself?

Yes, and it’s easy! Your figure arrives unassembled. We provide a 360° interactive digital manual that lets you zoom and rotate every step for a stress-free building experience.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Before design starts: Full refund.

After design begins (but before approval): 50% refund to cover the designer's work.

After design approval: Since it’s a custom product, we cannot accept further changes or returns.
