Design preview is delivered within 2 business days. After your approval, production and shipping takes 5–12 days — roughly 2–3 weeks total.
Can I see a preview before production starts?
Yes — always. We send a full digital design preview before manufacturing begins. Production only starts after your confirmation.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Don’t worry — we will send you a design preview before production begins.
If there is anything you would like to change, you can request up to 3 rounds of revisions. This includes details such as hairstyle, outfit, colors, accessories, facial features, and more.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
Cancel before the preview for a 100% refund; 50% after the preview is sent. Once you approve the design and production begins, it cannot be cancelled unless the finished product has a defect.

Absolutely. Choose 1–7 people, add pets, and we sculpt each face individually from your photo.
